The Operator

Most people in technology are asked to choose a lane — manage the program, or build the thing. Tirth Shah declined the choice, and built a career out of doing both well.

A PMP-certified Systems Operations Engineer in Navigation Operations at Stellantis, he carries full program-delivery responsibility for three concurrent connected-vehicle platform programs spanning four global regions — NAFTA, LATAM, EMEA and APAC. The work is exactly as complex as it sounds: fifty-plus KPIs tracked on executive Splunk dashboards, over-the-air deployments run as careful pilots, root-cause analysis in Python and SQL, and a five-person cross-functional team led through influence rather than authority.

Before Stellantis came a deliberately brief chapter at Amazon as a software engineer — long enough to bank insider fluency in cloud architecture and engineering culture, short enough to confirm that his real strength was program leadership, not solo code. Knowing what you are not is its own kind of talent.

Then there is the other half. After hours, Tirth ships real products: Enerwyse, a smart-energy platform live in production; agentic-AI pipelines; fintech tools on live bank APIs. He does not merely use AI — he builds with it, treating agentic workflows as everyday infrastructure.

The result is a candidate who translates ambiguous leadership mandates into shipped systems, and who has personally felt every trade-off he asks his teams to make.
